Cagliari, the Capital of Sardinia is situated on the shores of the Golfo degli Angeli at the southern tip of Sardinia. The fabulous beaches of Sarrabus, Villasimius, Costa Rei and the Costa del Sud (Pula, Chia) can be easily reached by car. There are beautiful diving resorts as well as archaeological sites withinan hour drive. The surrounding mountains are perfect for hiking and biking activities in spring and autumn.

Visit the world famous Opera-House or the ancient amphitheatre, where the stars of the Italian and International music scene give open air concerts throughout the summer. Bird watching is possible at the lagoons of Molentargius just outside the city where pink flamingos have found a enduring habitat. The endless beaches in the South of Cagliari are a perfect spot for relaxing holidays. The 18 hole Golf Course Is Molas is just a 40 minutes drive away. The National Parks of Monte Arcosu and Parco dei Sette Fratelli are known for there beautiful hiking and biking tracks. The ancient culture of the Nuraghe Civilisation can be studied in the numerous archaeological sites not far from Cagliari.
